Other information: During the JNA’s retreat from Sarajevo on 3 May 1992, arranged in exchange for the liberty of President Alija Izetbegović who had been taken prisoner, the military convoy was attacked. JNA soldiers were killed, with the varying according to different interpretations from five (Bosniak officials) to 42 (Serb officials). This site of atrocity is not marked. Since 2010, families of those killed and members of the RS Government Committee for the fostering of the tradition of liberation wars visit the site for the annual commemoration and lay flowers and light candles.
